Buffering of PCB's is important in assembly lines. Stack based buffer, PCB fifo/lifo buffer and PCB buffer tower with conveyor belts for a very sort cycle time.

IThe PCB Buffer can be Stack based , PCB fifo/lifo and PCB buffer tower with conveyor belts for a very sort cycle time.

The buffer receives the PCB’s from upstream by a conveyorbelt and stores them upwards by using vertically mounted toothed belts.

For unbuffering, the vertical toothed belts are lowering the stored PCB´s onto the conveyer-belt, which handover the PCB to the following machine. The buffer is only working in LiFo-mode.
