INSIGNUM 3000 Laser
The INSIGNUM 3000 Laser is a cost-effective machine for PCB marking using CO2 lasers. The machine is designed for high-mix and low-volume manufacturing and impresses with its convenient operation, high accuracy and a wide range of options to customize the process to your production. With a working area of 400 mm x 400 mm and an optional integrated turning station, double-sided marking can take place. The turnaround time is only 1.6 seconds. Programming via an offline tool is just as possible as the connection to MES/ERP systems.

The INSIGNUM 3000 Laser is an inline laser marking system and is used for direct marking of welding material on PCB. The laser assembly is mounted above the conveyor system on a linear X/Y. The printed circuit board to be marked is loaded onto the conveyor system and transported to the marking position. The laser moves to the pre-programmed location and marks the default content, such as barcodes, DataMatrix codes, plain text or logos on the product.
