INSIGNUM 6000 Laser

From standard to high-end, INSIGNUM lasers cover all laser marking requirements. The right laser, whether CO2 or fiber laser, can be integrated for every application. A variety of materials such as solder resist, metals, plastics or ceramics can be marked. For the traceability process, ASYS offers standardized interfaces to MES systems or implements customer-specific connections.

Customer-specific requirements in the field of laser marking are being realized with the flexible INSIGNUM 6000 Laser Series platform.

This includes model variants for double-track solutions, processing of large-format PCBs and marking of e.g. ceramics, plastics and DBC substrates. Module sizes smaller than 3mil can also be realized. Transport system and laser types are individually adapted to the process requirements. All model variants are equipped with our intuitive SIMPLEX HMI.

In the basic version, the system is equipped with a 10 Watt CO2 laser and a transport system. On request, the system can also be equipped with fi ber laser.

Marking and turning up to 610mm is no problem for the system as well as the processing of thin LPs up to 0.8mm. Connections to MES/ERP systems are possible as well as the use of standardized interfaces from ASYS.
