DIVISIO 2000 Cobot
- Small to large batch sizes
- Medium to high product variance
- Manual loading and unloading
Thanks to the many years of experience of the DIVISIO and Material Logistics experts, a fully automatic island is generated from the semi-automatic depaneling machine DIVISIO 2000. It can produce 24 hours without operator influence. Due to the modular components, every individual, customer-specific degree of automation can be implemented. The integration is possible in new as well as in existing systems.
In the standard version of the DIVISIO 2000, the operator is an important part of the machine operation. Various modular components now make it possible to automate this process step by step.
Automation level 1
The integration of a Cobot into the DIVISIO 2000 turns the semi-automatic depaneling machine into a fully automatic system. The Cobot takes over the work of the operator and loads and unloads the machine. More and more often a 6-axis robot is used, which was developed for heavier loads and higher speeds. This allows a shorter cycle time and higher quantities.
Automation level 2
The second level includes the connection of one or more AIVs (Autonomous Intelligent Vehicle) and material stations. The AIVs supply the island with magazines and trays as required. This automates the supply and removal of products and the production island can produce without an operator throughout the maintenance shift.
Machine concept
The DIVISIO 2000 is designed for semi-automatic, cost-efficient depaneling of PCBs in small to medium quantities. The turntable of the machine is loaded and unloaded manually by an operator. A product specific adapter is necessary for this. Optionally, a Magnetic-Pin-Adapter can be used, whose pins can be flexibly adapted to any product layout.
The router separates the individual circuits from the panel with reduced stress. The innovative suction technology, which uses the Tornado-Effect, achieves the best possible cleaning result. Thanks to the optional integrated camera system with fiducial-recognition, cut measurement and bad-mark recognition, the circuits are optimally separated and checked.
Factors of Decision:
- Reduced costs: the investment in automation reduces personnel costs in the long term.
- Flexible levels of automation: thanks to the modular components, each automation level can be implemented according to customer specifications.
- Higher quantity: automation allows the machine to produce longer and faster without operator intervention, resulting in higher volumes.
