InJet 388 CRD 2PR
InJet 388 CRD 2PR is a completely stainless steel vertical Spray-In-Air cleaning system.
Designed for combined washing of: stencils, squeegees, misprints and PCBA post reflow.
It can also be used for PumPrint after laboratory verification.
InJet 388 CRD 2PR is 100% closed loop system where the cleaning stages: washing, rinsing and drying take place in a single chamber. The optimal temperatures can be set according to the needs of the process. The detergents are mainly water-based but solvents can also be evaluated upon request.
Vertical Spray-In-Air washing minimizes the shadow effect commonly seen in horizontal cleaning systems, and maximizes the efficiency of the process by spraying the fluids: detergent and ID water, directly onto the surface to be cleaned.
Motorized cleaning arms take under control the rotation speed of spray.
The carbon and resin filters, control the ionic contamination of rinsing ID water up to 1 uS/cm.
To facilitate its positioning InJet 388 CRD 2PRis a system placed on wheels.
Thanks, the connection with the company aspiration, InJet 388 CRD 2PR can be installed in the production area.
Washing processes can be monitored and achieved by connecting with unique IP address at the internal PC.
