InJet® 388 CRRD “Combo”
The InJet® 388 CRRD “Combo” is a completely stainless steel vertical Spray-In-Air cleaning system.
This machine is primarily designed for precision plate cleaning after soldering.
Besides the above mentioned applications, this cleaning system can also be used for high-quality removal of solder pastes and SMT adhesives from stencils, PumpPrints, squeegees and misprints. It is also possible to use the machine to remove the cured conformal coating.
InJet® 388 CRRD “Combo” is a 100% closed-loop system which includes cleaning,pre- rinsing, final rinsing and drying technologies.
All of the processes are fully automated, and take place in one process chamber.
With the double carbon and resin filters, it can control the ionic contamination of pre rinsing and rinsing ID water up to 1 uS/cm.
To facilitate its positioning in the production area InJet InJet 388 CRRD Combo is placed on wheels.
All washing processes can be monitored and archived.
