InJet® 388 DOUBLE TRIPPLE CRRD
InJet® 388 DOUBLE TRIPPLE CRRD is developed for Very High-Capacity and precise PCBA cleaning after soldering.
The cleaning system can also be used for the high-capacity removal of solder pastes and SMT adhesives from stencils, PumPrints, squeegees and misprints.
All of the processes are fully automated, and take place in 3 process chambers. Cleaning takes place in the first inlet chamber, after which the cleaned part is automatically transported to the central chamber where the first rinsing process takes place. The third, and last, outlet chamber is designed for the final rinsing and the drying process.
All 3 chambers can be used in parallel, which increases machine’s capacity and reduces cross-contamination when compared to single-chamber devices. The machine has two positions on the PCB frame (two slots), which means that at full capacity, 6 frames with PCB are simultaneously processed.
With the double carbon and resin filters, it can control the ionic contamination of pre rinsing and final rinsing ID water up to 1 uS/cm.
To facilitate its positioning in the production area, the machine is placed on wheels.
All washing processes can be monitored and archived.
