InJet® 888 CRRD-2F
The InJet® 888 CRRD-2F is designed primarily for removing flux residues from PCBAs. It is possible to insert and clean a stencil or misprints at the same time.
The 2-F designation refers to a 2-floor solution. This feature enables the user to be cleaning a large volume of small to mid-sized parts.
The equipment can be easily transformed into a 1-floor system by the removal of the middle rotation arm, enabling the operator to clean large parts.The InJet® 888 CRRD-2F is a 100% closed-loop system which includes cleaning, rinsing and drying technologies.
All of the processes are fully automated, and take place in one process cha mber.
Due to its large process chamber, the system has a large capacity basket designed for an easy loading and unloading of the cleaned parts.
To facilitate its positioning in the production area is placed on wheels.
With the carbon and resin filters, it can control the ionic contamination of pre rinsing and final rinsing ID water up to 1 uS/cm.
All washing processes can be monitored and archived.
