AirJet line has four different setups including smaller layout systems, fully automatic versions or systems for cleaning of extra-large production parts. All three chambers can be used simultaneously to maximize capacity.

AirJet® 486 CRD

AirJet® 486 CRD

The AirJet® 486 CRD is designed for the maintenance washing of reflow ovens and waves soldering machines parts. All processes are automated and take place in 3 separate process chambers, which are also storage tanks.Washing takes place in the first inlet chamber, where the operator places the basket of parts. Then, the operator manually moves the washed basket to the secondary rinse chamber. The operator then moves the basket to the last drying chamber.All 3 chambers can be used at the same time, which increases the washing capacity of the machine and reduces cross-contamination compared to single-chamber systems.

AirJet® 594 CRD

AirJet® 594 CRD is designed for maintenance washing of reflow ovens and waves soldering machines parts. The AirJet® 594 CRD is equipped with a motorized manipulator for easy lowering the baskets, then pulling out the baskets and moving them between the process chambers.Thanks to this device, the operator is not forced to lift heavy parts, making the machine exceptionally ergonomic, safe and user-friendly. Washing takes place in the first inlet chamber, where the operator drops the parts basket using a manipulator. After washing, the operator moves the basket to the rinsing chamber by the manipulator and then to the last drying chamber.All 3 chambers can be used simultaneously, which increases the washing capacity of the machine and reduces cross-contamination compared to single-chamber systems.

AirJet® 954 CRD Piano

The AirJet® 954 CRD “Piano” is designed for the maintenance washing of reflow ovens and wave soldering machines parts or for removing cured conformal coating from coating frames, coating machine parts or coating PCBs for repair and subsequent coating.All processes are fully automated and take place in one process chamber, under which are placed 2 tank tubs, one with washing liquid and the other with rinsing liquid.The operator places the parts to be cleaned in the process chamber in the basket and the washing system automatically performs the washing, rinsing and drying process.
