BLO 04 Line Loader for three to five magazines

AES 04 Loader – Multiple Magazine Line

Line Loader loads PCBs from magazines into the production
line. It is equipped with an automatic magazine change for a
quasi-continuing production process. It can easily be adapted
to any magazine size. 3 to 5 magazines can be loaded in a row.
The machine consists of a loading and unloading conveyor
for magazines, a lifting axis with a magazine platform and an
electrically-driven extractor. The extractor pushes the PCB out
of the magazine and into the next system.

The unit consists of a loading and an unloading conveyor for
magazines, a lifting axle with a magazine platform, a transfer
conveyer to the following unit and an electrically driven pusher.
The conveyorsfor the Magazines are situated next to each
other on the samelevel.
The magazines are loaded onto the lower conveyor and
transported into position on the magazine platform. From this
position the PCB’s are extracted. The empty magazine is then
transported back on the parallel conveyor and stored until
manually removed.

Loader with a lift axis for one magazine. This system is used to load PCBs from a magazine into a production line. The unit uses an electrical extractor to load PCBs from a magazine to the downstream system.

BUL 04 Line Unloader for three to five magazines

AMS 04 Unloader – Multiple Magazine Line

The Line Unloader BUL 04 is used to automatically unload PCB‘s from an SMT-production line into magazines. It is equipped with an automatic magazine change for a continuing production process. It can easily be adapted to any magazine size. 3 to 5 magazines can be loaded in a row.
The machine consists of a loading and unloading conveyor for magazines, a lifting axis with a magazine platform and an inlet conveyor with electrically-driven pusher. Arriving PCB‘s are taken over onto the inlet conveyor and then into the magazine.
The electrically-driven pusher pushes the PCB completely into the magazine.
