Combining an adhesion and an adhesive roller, the cleaning takes place in during running operation with no reduction in the transport speed or cycle times.

Inline ASYS ionization cleaning system for thorough cleaning of PCBs and also for cleaning of process related dirt (e.g. routing, sawing or press-in processes) and considerable reduction of static electricity (from +/- 10kV down to +/-100V) on PCBs.

The adhesion roller, installed directly above the conveyor, removes the surface dirt from the PCB and transfers the dirt to an adhesive roller situated directly above |

The product is transported into the machine and is transported under (over and through is also possible) the ionization unit. The ionization unit produces ions, which are electrically charged atoms and molecules. Additional high pressure air is pumped at intervals onto the PCB to further optimize the process. The freed dust particles are then vacuumed away. |
