VEGO Compact BCO 01, BCO 02, BCO 03
Edge belt conveyor system with a 530 mm long conveyor segment. The conveyor is used as a connecting element between 2 machines in a production line. The precise rail design allows quick and easy adjustment of the conveyor width using clamping levers. The powder coated steel frame ensures process stability and excellent durability.

VEGO Dynamic TRM01, TRM02, TRM03, TRM04
TRM transport modules are used to buffer or transfer PCBs between process machines. The strong steel tube frame is particularly robust and consists of an integrated control cabinet and a table construction to support the conveyor.
The PCB is taken over from the upstream system and handed over to the downstream system. The PCB transfer can be SMEMA compliant, or optionally in a synchronous mode for improved cycle time. All modules are also available in dual-lane and flexible dual-lane versions.

VEGO Compact BLG 01
The Lift Gate is a transport conveyor that can create an opening in a production line. The conveyor segment can be hinged open by the operator and has to be closed manually again. The opening is 845 mm wide. The powder coated steel frame ensures process stability and excellent durability.

VEGO Dynamic TDM 06
The TDM 06 walkthrough telescope gate provides an intermediate passageway through a production line with no lasting effect on the production flow. The basis model consists of a telescopic conveyor with a horizontal moving conveyor
mechanism. The PCB is taken over at the inlet and the horizontal conveyor extends to hand over the PCB to the downstream system. After handover, the conveyor retracts, thus opening the passageway again. This operating mode means that the passageway is only closed during PCB handover (NO- mode). An optional conveyor with lift mechanism is also available which rises to bridge the gap to the upstream machine when the bridge conveyor is extended. In this configuration, the passageway is generally closed (NC-Mode) which allows the PCBs to pass directly through the machine and results in a considerable reduction in the cycle time.

VEGO Compact BTT 01
The Turn Table is typically located in a SMD line which requires a 90 degree turn or a sorting feature. The conveyor segment is mounted on an pneumatic turn table and PCBs are routed based upon the run mode or an external signal. Possible run modes are pass through, load, offload and sort. The powder coated steel frame ensures process stability and excellent durability.

VEGO Dynamic AEM 02
The AEM 02 is used for changing the direction in production lines. Subsequently, it can also be used to split or combine lines. The integrated rotating and linear drive means that the system provides you with great flexibility. The machine is based on a stable steel tubing system which can support up to 4 additional inlet/outlet conveyors. The assembly is taken over onto the inlet conveyor and depending on the selected operating mode, is either turned or transported in a straight line through the machine to the corresponding downstream system.

VEGO Compact BFS 01
The Flip Station is used in SMD prodcution lines to invert PCBs 180°. This flip function will change the leading and trailing edge. The incoming PCB is halted by a stopper on the conveyor system and flipped over by a rotating mechanism. After completion of the process the PCB is offloaded to the ownstream system. The powder coated steel frame ensures process stability and excellent durability.

VEGO Dynamic WS 01
The WS01 is used to flip PCBs in production lines for backside assembly or marking. The PCB are halted with a stopper and the complete transport mechanism flips around 180° in the direction of transport.
The PCB is subsequently handed over to the downstream machine.

VEGO Compact BRS 03
The Rework Station is mostly placed after an Automatic Optical Inspection System (AOI). It is equipped with three singlelane segments with a length of 530 mm each. The segments consist of two rails with separately driven transport belts. After receiving signals from the AOI “bad” PCBs are lifted on the middle segment for rework. In the meantime “good” PCBs can be transported freely below the lifted bad PCB. The “good/bad” sorting can be deactivated at any time by a selector switch.

VEGO Dynamic VL01
The VL 01 vertical lift is used to convert PCBs or solder frames in between two different transport levels. A typical application is the conversion in closed loop carrier systems like in selective protection- or soldering processes.
