VEGO Dynamic AES 01 & AMS 01

On the loading station AES 01 the unit uses an electrically driven pusher to slide the PCB’s out of the magazine and onto the receiving conveyor of the following unit. The magazines are changed manually.

On the loading station AMS 01, the unit receives PCB’s from the previous unit on an integrated conveyor. An electrically driven pusher then slides the PCB’s into the magazine which is clamped onto the magazine platform. The magazines are changed manually.

VEGO Compact BLO 01 & BUL 01

Loader and Uloader with a lift axis for one magazine. This system is used to load or unload PCBs from a magazine into a production line or vice versa. The unit uses an electrical pusher to load PCBs from a magazine to the downstream system.

VEGO Dynamic AES 03 & AMS 03

The loading station AES 03D is used to automatically feed PCBs into an SMT-production line or into individual process machines e.g. stencil printers, pick and place systems, reflow ovens or test systems. The PCBs are taken out of the magazine with an extractor mechanism and pulled onto the handover conveyor. The handover conveyor moves sideways on an integrated shuttle to the handover position and the PCB is subsequently handed over. The system is characterized by its compact and robust construction and has been designed according to the latest machine guidelines and safety standards. The open magazine table provides easy access to the magazines. Magazine exchange during running operation ensures continuous loading. The integrated shuttle mechanism means that the system can easily switch between different magazine types and handover positions within seconds.

The loading station AMS 03D is used to automatically unload PCBs from an SMT-production line or from individual process machines e.g. stencil printers, pick and place systems, reflow ovens or test systems. Arriving PCBs are taken over onto the inlet conveyor and then transported sideways on an integrated shuttle and subsequently pushed into the magazine with an inserter mechanism. VEGO Compact BLO 03 & BUL 03

The Line Loader loads PCBs from magazines into the line. The magazine platform can accommodate up to two magazines and cycles into position. An electrical extractor pulls the PCBs from the magazines onto an integrated side shuttle.  The side shuttle aligns the PCBs to the proper unloading position of the downstream unit. The powder coated steel frame ensures process stability and excellent durability.

The Line Unloader unloads PCBs from upstream and loads them into magazines. The magazine platform can accommodate up to two magazines. The integrated side shuttle distributes board to either magazine. An electrical pusher arm moves the PCBs into the magazine. Once a PCB is loaded, the  magazine platform will index to the next slot. A programmable pre-warning limit will alert an operator to change the magazines manually. The powder coated steel frame ensures process stability and excellent durability.

VEGO Dynamic AES 04 & AMS 04

The line loader AES 04 provides automatic magazine exchange for continuous loading out of a magazine. The unit consists of a loading and an unloading conveyor for magazines, a lifting axle with a magazine platform, an electrically driven pusher and an outlet conveyor b) for handover PCB´s to downline machine. The magazines are loaded onto the lower conveyor and transported into position on the magazine platform. From this position the PCB’s will be pushed out of the magazine. The empty magazine is then transported back over the upper conveyor and stored until manually removed.

The line Unloader AMS 04 provides an automatic magazine exchange for continnous loading into a magazine. The unit consists of a loading and an unloading conveyor for magazines, a lifting axle with a magazine platform, a buffer conveyor and an electrically driven pusher. The loading conveyor for the magazines is situated directly above the unloading conveyor. The magazines are transported over the upper (loading) conveyor onto the magazine platform. The pusher slides the PCB’s from the conveyor into the magazine. The full magazine is then transported over the lower (unloading) conveyor and stored until manual removal.

It can easily be adapted to any magazine size. 3 to 5 magazines can be loaded in a row. The machine consists of a loading and unloading conveyor for magazines, a lifting axis with a magazine platform and an inlet conveyor with electrically-driven pusher. Arriving PCB‘s are taken over onto the inlet conveyor and then into the magazine. The electrically-driven pusher pushes the PCB completely into the magazine.

The unit consists of a loading and an unloading conveyor for maga-zines, a lifting axle with a magazine platform, a transfer conveyer tothe following unit and an electrically driven pusher. The conveyorsfor the Magazines are situated next to each other on the samelevel. The magazines are loaded onto the lower conveyor and

VEGO Dynamic LSB 03 & LSE 03

The LSB03 is used to load bare boards for printing or marking into SMT production lines. The PCB stack is manually loaded into the machine and the individual PCBs are handed over to the downstream system on a transfer conveyor. The stack is processed from above which ensures gentle separation of the PCBs. The machine can be equipped with various methods of separation depending on the type of PCB used.

The LSE03 is used to stack bare boards after processes such as marking or after removal from carriers. The PCB is taken over onto a conveyor and positioned. For stacking, the transport rails are retracted and the PCB falls onto the stack. The weight of the stack is supported on retractable rails which means that thin or pre-cut PCBs can be easily processed.

VEGO Compact BDS 01 & BST 01

The Bare Board Loader  separates PCBs from a stack and feeds them to the production line, by dropping the bottom PCB onto the conveyor belt. The magazine stack height is 200 mm, new PCBs can be added on the top of the stack without stopping the system. The powder coated steel frame ensures process stability and excellent durability.

The Bare Board Unloader collects PCBs at the end of the production line into a single stack. The incoming PCB is positioned on the integrated conveyor. A lift unit then ads the PCB to the bottom of the stack. The maximum stack height is 200 mm and can be removed manually. The powder coated steel frame ensures process stability and excellent durability.

VEGO Dynamic LLB 01 & LLE 01

The logistics loader LLB 01 is used to load marking stations or SMT-production lines with bare PCBs. It combines a buffer station for PCB batches and a separator station in one unit. The system is designed for correctly sorted separation of the PCB batches according to the FIFO principle. They are stored mechanically isolated from each other until the separation process. This prevents the possibility that individual circuit boards of various charges may be mixed up. The PCB packages are manually inserted into the system and buffered. Then they are fed to the separator station. During the separation process, the stack is processed from the top down. Hence the separation process is independent from the stack weight, making it very gently for the product.

The logistics unloader LLE 01 is used to unload marking stations with bare PCBs. It combines a buffer station for PCB batches and a restacker station in one unit. The system is designed for correctly sorted stacking of the PCB batches according to the FIFO principle. The stacked PCBs are stored mechanically isolated from each other until removal. This prevents the possibility that individual circuit boards of various charges may be mixed up. The PCB is taken over onto a conveyor and positioned. For stacking, the transport rails are retracting and the PCB falls onto the stack. After reaching the adjusted stack height, the PCB stack will be moved into the buffer. The stack is lifted up and then provided in the machine by batch for simple removal.
