INSIGNUM 1000 Scan

The INSIGNUM 1000 scan module is used to transfer data in a production line and thus supports the traceability process. A scanner mounted on a manual X/Y axis system is used to scan the code. The data read out is passed on to the following process unit. To reduce setup time, the system can be equipped with an electrical axis system. The position to be read is specified via the control panel. Manual adjustment is no longer required.

To increase flexibility in production, scanners can be integrated from above and below. In addition, speeds for transfer to process systems can be regulated. 

Dual-track solutions are also available for increased productivity in production. Our OIC software solutions can be used for automatic product changeover. Via PULSE the status of the system is recorded and communicated to the operator.
